For those who’ve been waiting to make a decision about where to move in retirement, there’s never been a better time to consider Viamonte at Walnut Creek. Viamonte is now scheduling individual appointments in our Guest-Ready and secure Preview Center, where you can safely and privately explore available floor plans, walk through our model home and envision the Walnut Creek residence of your dreams.

Private appointments are available, consisting of one family or household and one sales counselor. We’re currently limiting the number of guests at the Preview Center to 11 at any one time to allow for staff and visitors to easily maintain at least six-foot distance from one another during their visit.

Rest assured that all high-touch surfaces, common areas, and bathrooms are being sanitized regularly, and after every appointment. Additionally, face coverings, hand sanitizer, soap and water, and other disinfectants are available to both visitors and staff near the entrance of the Preview Center.
